Alber Involved in the music scene for nearly 15 years, particularly with the press, Alber was previously editor of DJism.com, breaks pages editor for Taxie Rank and resident at YOUKO @ Bar Fluid in London. Along with various freelance writing, Alber also worked as press coverage for several major events, such as the Glade Festival and the Breakspoll International Breakbeat Awards and played at numerous parties, including Itaca in Ibiza. Alber’s sets are a mix of tech and deep, with a dark, moody flavour, inventing whay he call “Electrotech”. Originally a Bristol based Drum & Bass DJ, Alber ran D&B fanzine ‘Ruff Cutz’ for 4 years while playing at various Bristol D&B clubs and bars. In the early 90's, he was one of the ORIGINAL Kick FM line up and committee who launched Kick FM and hosted the Friday night Breaks & D&B show. Alber is the Co-ordinator of the KOTG events . |

Robbins Paul has played a part in the local Berkshire music scene since the mid 80’s, playing guitar in prominent dub and reggae bands, but turned to the decks around 10 years ago. Playing deep, vocal and soulful house with an electro lean, Paul has commanded the crowd with his blend of tech beats with a funky edge at various outdoor and indoor events, including the High Fen festival. Joint organizer of the now infamous ‘Large’ parties in the mid 90’s, (arguable the first events of their kind in the Newbury area), he’s also produced in his own right, signed to the Crosstrax label in the past. Alongside Alber, Paul was part of the original Kick FM launch team and committee and presented the ratings winning Saturday night House Show.. |

Dan Cox Dan has been involved in music since the development of the Oxfordshire rave scene in the late 80’s. He’s an encyclopedia of dance music, drawing from years of clubbing, Ibiza, playing out and just living music ! Playing a mix of deep and vocal house music with an edge, his sets are a perfectly balance journey, and the most upfront we know. Dan also frequently takes to the decsk in partnership with Sarahm and at both the park events and at KOTG’s monthly nights their sets have become a main attraction, with a mix of bang upfront downloads and classics that never go out of style. Working the effects and loops as a team, Dan was also part of the infamous early KOTG combo, Neil&Dan. |

Sarah Cox All good collectives need a female perspective ! Sarah, took up DJing in in 2006, to move from in front to behind the DJ booth after being convinced, from watching us, it must be as easy as it looks....!! But, after discovering it's a tough, intense artform (!) Sarah quickly formed her style around the Pacha sounds of Ingrosso, Axwell and the North European big room sound, and joined the KOTG roster in 2007, playng at that years free party. Pulling together her love of a big vocal and anthemic loop, every tune is the house equivalent of U2's 'With Or Without You', which itself will find its way into Sarah's closing numbers ! |

Walshy Always the end of session set man, Jamie’s irresistibly up tempo and classics fueled sets are always a crowd pleaser. With over 15 years DJing experience, a chance club meeting with Alber in 1995 led to him taking his place in KOTG, due to his constant enthusiasm, relentless energy and love for what he does. With a background in Hardcore and Rave, Jamie knows what moves a crowd (and the ladies !) and has been a finale set favourite ever since. Not only one to entertain with the music, Jamie always entertains behind the decks with his slick scratch mixing, infective enthusiasm and constant hip shaking, which rubs off on the crowds every time. |

G-Funk The one and only G-Funk ! . Just about born with a piece of vinyl in his hand, Gary G-Funk has been playing in front of a crowd since he could stand ! A huge part of the scene since his early days in disco and funk, G went from hard house to his now tough, funky vibe with a fetish for a bootleg ! Having run his own nights all over Berkshire for 10 years, including the infamous ‘Carnage’ nights at Bar Cuba and ‘Pinch’, before joining KOTG in 2009. after so many guest spots he was on the roster anyway ! The undisputed king of the bootleg and a lover of the true Hed Kandi sound, Gary’s sets are a crowd friendly, energy fueled electro mix, with plenty of funk rubbed in. His ’lets ’ave it attitude’ is infectious, from the front to the back, you’ll feel the G-Funk affect. |

Big Hag By use of CD’s and laptop trickery, Ja Hagerty carries an unrivalled library of music on his hard drive, ready to meet whatever the event or the crowd demands. Specializing in a truly eclectic mix, anything goes from ambient, hip hop, classic house and soul, to Jazz, 80’s and rock. If it’s worth playing, Ja will play it ! But his true skill comes in his ability to adapt to any club or style with the flick of the mouse and always pull whatever is required out of the bag (or hard drive !). Covering both KOTG’s warm up shift and a genuinely great mid afternoon park set, they say you can’t please them all, but never had we seen one DJ please everybody until we saw Ja ! Also a regular on the bar scene in London. |

Neil Selby Part of the infamous KOTG double act ‘Neil&Dan’, along side Dan and Hag, Neil has been around the house music block for over 20 years. The first to master the switch from vinyl to the electrickery of CDJ’s, he was looping and dropping downloads before the rest of us knew what they were ! Specialising in deep / progressive house born out of his time in Ibiza, Neil brings the park events truly to life, working alongside Dan as a pair of house music curators. Working both warm terrace anthems alongside the newest in deep house, if it’s Buzzin Fly, Neil’s on it ! |
